I ordered I paid extra for Express shipping and it took forever then when I finally got it the letters on the neck we're going the wrong direction and they were so small you can't even read them I did not get what I paid for and I've been messaging and no response this is the worst customer service I have received so far online I want to return it and still haven't gotten an answer on how to do it and I sent that 4 days ago if I could give you no stars I would
