I really like the sweatshirt. I would suggest you add a font size as an option when adding names. I thought the names on the sleeve would be larger. In the description the names on the sleeve were larger than mine.

I ordered a hooded sweatshirt for my son with our beloved dog for Christmas. I had several questions throughout the process, and each time my questions were answered quickly. The quality of the sweatshirt is very good and the detailing of the embroidery is beautiful, and depicted the picture that was uploaded. I was able to approve the picture before the order was completed and was able to edit how it looked. Seller was very prompt in getting back to me. Overall, I would order again from this seller.
I ordered the stone (cream) color sweatshirt. The stitching should have been in brown (mama), and my children's names should have also been in brown. Mama is in brown however, the children's names are in red. I am not satisfied.
In the videos it showed that names and birthdates would be engraved in the wood. Mine was painted. My siblings and I would like to know how to rectify this or how to get a refund. I still have it in the original packaging and was not unwrapped. Please help. Thank you for your time.

I was so excitedly waiting for my hoodie but when I rcvd yesterday I couldn't believe my eyes . The embroidery is barely visible. I choose Blessed Mom and it is awful and my childrens name are not visible. I am so sad

This was a gift for my friend and he loved it! Give yourself extra time when ordering because the shipping can be a little slow since it��s not USPS.
It took longer than expected, but everything else was fine.
The item itself is what I asked for & the quality of the fabric/embroider is wonderful but I ordered at the end of November in order for it to be a gift for 12/20 & it didn't even ship until 12/24. Other than that we're happy it finally made it to the birthday boy
